Mike started in Real Estate shortly after his 18th birthday in 1980 in Hawaii (nearly 41 years and counting), then moved with his family to Northwest Atlanta in 2007. He has served 3,200 happy families throughout his career and is also a nationally recognized Real Estate Business Coach and Trainer. He has won Top Salesperson Awards virtually every year in Real Estate and holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist and Realtor Emeritus designations. He served in 2024 on the Cherokee Association of Realtors as President and currently s on several state level committees. Proud husband of Donna and father of 5 children and 8 grandchildren.

Donna has been a Broker in 3 states, Florida, Hawaii & Georgia, and has been licensed since 1986. 2026 is 40 consecutive years in the real estate business. As Broker at Stott Homes, Donna handles all Broker of Record details. Donna is a Certified Professional Coach and former member of ICF, having professionally Coached other Agents and Brokers since 2006 nearly full time for 17 years. She’s back full time in Residential Real Estate Listing, Sales and Property Management since 2024. She’s active on the Education Committee with the Cherokee Association of Realtors, still teaches and trains on topics around Time Management and Building a strong real estate business. She loves being a Grandma to 8, Gardening at home, Travel, and listening to Audiobooks. Her new hobby of Watercolors and Drawing has appeared with her 2026 trip to Thailand and is enjoying learning more in that arena.

Matt is the youngest child of Mike and Donna Stott. He was born in Hawaii and moved to Georgia in 2007 where he went to Lassiter High School and then attended UGA Terry College of Business (Focusing on Property Management) and graduated in 2023. Matt became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2022 and joined his family at Stott Homes becoming a 3rd generation Realtor. Matt is actively involved in all of our listings and Property Management Services. He enjoys his cats,  vintage clothing collecting and of course, all things real estate related.

Kayla is the Listing and Marketing assistant to Mike, Donna, and Matt. She is also in charge of Customer Service for Stott Home including calls and emails. She helps coordinate the listing and closing processes and is the right-hand help to our agents with getting paperwork signed, marketing the properties, and getting all showings scheduled while keeping the buyer/seller informed of the entire process.
