November Education – Reporting on October 2025 Cherokee County, Georgia Market Statistics from the CAOR Education Committee.

Quick Points From the Video:

✓ Cherokee County median price appreciation for the month saw a slight dip from last year to $500,000.

✓ $496,392 median price for the year. Up from last year.

✓ Averaging 276 sales last month.

✓ Active listings 1262, down 134 from last month. 146 withdrawn listings in October, which tells us that sellers are getting tired of having their homes on the market.

✓ Median rental for houses is $2,300, Townhouses is $2450.
